No, Eikonikos Partner is not suitable for emergency or life-threatening conditions. Patients with such concerns should be referred to an appropriate healthcare facility.

The NLM is a curated list of approximately 650 approved medications for treating general illnesses. All doctors using Eikonikos Partner prescribe medications exclusively from this list to ensure safety and compliance.
Patients receive valid digital prescriptions directly on their phones or via your pharmacy system. These prescriptions are securely stored and accessible for future reference.
Yes, the NLM is available on the internet.
Patients are encouraged to book follow-up consultations with doctors for any additional concerns.

No, patients can only see your pharmacy name and the consultation fee. Your personal contact details remain confidential.
